3. Account Registration


  • Clients must create an account using a valid email and mobile number.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
  • UnigoServices.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Using the Platform

  • Clients can post job requests, browse service listings, and hire providers.
  • All communication and payments must occur within the platform for safety and accountability.
  • Clients agree not to solicit or accept services or payments outside UnigoServices.com.
  • You must treat service providers with professionalism and respect.

5. Payments

  • Payments must be made through the platform’s secure payment gateway.
  • UnigoServices.com may hold payments in escrow until the service is marked as completed.
  • A service charge may apply for each transaction as displayed at the time of checkout.
  • All refunds or cancellations are subject to the Refund & Dispute Policy of UnigoServices.com.

6. Service Completion and Feedback

  • Once a project or task is completed, clients must confirm delivery within the platform.
  • Clients are encouraged to leave fair and honest feedback for providers.
  • False or misleading reviews may result in account suspension.

7. Disputes and Resolution

  • In case of a disagreement, both parties must first attempt to resolve it amicably.
  • If unresolved, the platform’s Dispute Resolution Team will review the case.
  • The decision of UnigoServices.com shall be final in all platform-related disputes.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use UnigoServices.com to:
  • Post illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Request or promote adult, fraudulent, or prohibited services.
  • Harass or defame any individual or group.
  • Circumvent platform systems for off-platform deals.

9. Intellectual Property

  • You may not reproduce or distribute any material without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • UnigoServices.com acts only as a facilitator connecting clients and service providers.
  • The platform is not responsible for service quality, delays, or any damages resulting from provider-client interactions.
  • Maximum liability of UnigoServices.com shall not exceed the total service fee charged to the client for a particular transaction.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

           UnigoServices.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
  • Violates these Terms and Conditions,
  • Engages in fraudulent activity, or
  • Harms the reputation of the platform.

12. Modifications

    UnigoServices.com may revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any           updated version.

13. Governing Law
